What makes Catch Surf boards different from traditional surfboards?
Our boards feature a unique high-performance soft construction with triple-stringer cores, providing the durability of a softboard with the speed and maneuverability of a professional hardboard.
How long will it take for my new board to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
We accept returns on unused boards in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once the plastic wrap is removed, the board is no longer eligible for return.
Do I need to wax my Catch Surf softboard?
Yes, even though the deck is soft, we recommend applying a layer of high-quality surf wax to ensure maximum grip and performance while riding.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and select international regions. For countries we do not serve directly, we recommend checking our authorized local dealers.
