Returns & Exchanges

At Catch Surf, we want you to be stoked with your gear; if your purchase isn't hitting the mark, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange.
